Mac screenshot shortcuts not working or not saving
Your screenshot shortcut is either disabled or something is blocking it. We'll check if the shortcut is enabled in accessibility settings and make sure screenshots are being saved to the right place. This fixes it for most people quickly.
When Mac screenshots stop working, it's commonly because accessibility settings were changed or a security setting is blocking the shortcut. Mac saves screenshots to the Desktop by default, and they can be going there without you realizing. We'll enable the keyboard shortcuts, check your accessibility settings, and check where screenshots are being saved.
Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step — just tap, no typing needed.
