Handoff between Mac and iPhone is not working
Handoff needs both devices signed into the same Apple ID, on the same WiFi, and with Bluetooth on. Check that both devices meet these requirements.
Handoff lets you start work on one Apple device and continue it on another. When it does not work, it is usually because the devices are not signed into the same Apple ID, are on different networks, or Bluetooth is off.
