WiFi is greyed out in your iPhone settings and you can't turn it on
WiFi being greyed out means Airplane Mode is turned on, or WiFi has been restricted by Screen Time. Go to Settings → Airplane Mode and turn it OFF. If that's already off, go to Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy and check that WiFi isn't blocked.
Your WiFi toggle is disabled because Airplane Mode is on, or because Screen Time has restricted WiFi access. Airplane Mode turns off all wireless radios at once — WiFi, Bluetooth, cellular. Turning Airplane Mode off restores everything. If Airplane Mode is already off, Screen Time has probably blocked WiFi.
