Your iPhone's Personal Hotspot isn't working or isn't visible
First check that your cellular plan includes hotspot capability — some plans don't. Then toggle Personal Hotspot off and on in Settings. If still not working, restart your iPhone and call your carrier to confirm hotspot is enabled.
Personal Hotspot shares your iPhone's cellular data with other devices by turning your phone into a WiFi router. The feature requires a plan that includes hotspot. Sometimes your carrier disables it, parental controls block it, or there's a software glitch. If it's completely missing from Settings, your carrier or plan doesn't support it.
