iPhone stuck on the Apple logo and won't start up
Your iPhone is stuck in a startup loop. Force restart it by pressing Volume Up, Volume Down, then holding the Side button until you see the restart screen. This fixes it most of the time.
When your iPhone gets stuck on the Apple logo, it means the system is trying to start but something is blocking it. A force restart clears this out in most cases. If a recent iOS update caused it, the update got interrupted or corrupted. After the force restart, if it happens again, the system files need to be repaired using a computer.

Skip — I just want a technicianCommon mistakes to avoid
- Waiting too long without doing anything. If it's been more than 5 minutes with no loading bar movement, it's stuck and needs a force restart
- Doing a regular restart instead of a force restart. A regular restart won't work when the phone is stuck on the Apple logo
- Giving up after the first force restart if it happens again. Sometimes you need to repeat the force restart or use Recovery Mode
Signs you need professional help
- You've done a force restart multiple times and the Apple logo keeps coming back. You'll need Recovery Mode on a computer, and we can guide you through it.
