Worried apps are tracking your location too much
Go to Settings → Privacy → Location Services to see which apps can track you. Change any app set to Always to While Using instead. That stops background tracking.
Apps ask for location permission at three levels: Never (no access), While Using (access only when the app is open), and Always (access even when closed). Many apps have Always permission that you don't remember granting. This guide shows you how to find those apps and change them to safer settings. You're in control.
Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step — just tap, no typing needed.
