Shared Photo Library not syncing between family members
Shared Photo Library needs a strong WiFi or cellular connection to sync. If photos aren't appearing, check that everyone has a stable internet connection and iCloud is signed in. Make sure WiFi Sync is turned on in Photos settings. If photos are still stuck, restart the Photos app or turn off Shared Library and turn it back on.
Shared Photo Library syncs photos between family members through iCloud. If it's not syncing, someone lost internet connection, WiFi Sync is turned off, or iCloud is not signed in properly. We'll check each person's connection and settings to get photos syncing again.

Skip — I just want a technicianCommon mistakes to avoid
- Not realizing that everyone needs iCloud Photo Library turned on, not just Shared Photo Library
- Thinking the library is broken when really it's just taking time to sync. Photos can take hours with many photos
- Not checking if someone's iCloud storage is full. A full account blocks all syncing
- Having Shared Photo Library on but iCloud turned off entirely. iCloud needs to be on
Signs you need professional help
