What is Focus mode on iPhone and how to use it

Focus mode lets you create a custom 'do not disturb' setting for different times of day or activities. You pick which people and apps can reach you, and everything else gets silenced. Set one up in Settings.

Focus mode is a smarter version of Do Not Disturb. Instead of blocking everything or letting everything through, you decide which contacts and apps can send notifications. You can have different Focus modes for Work, Sleep, Driving, or anything else.
