WiFi calling not working on your iPhone
WiFi calling needs to be enabled in settings, your carrier has to support it, and your WiFi needs to be good quality. Check Settings → Phone → WiFi Calling and make sure it's turned on.
WiFi calling lets you make calls over WiFi instead of cellular. When it's not working, it's because it's turned off in your settings, your carrier doesn't support it, your WiFi network isn't compatible, or your carrier account needs to be authenticated. We'll check each of these.
