AirPods won't connect to your iPhone
Open the AirPods case next to your iPhone and a setup notification should pop up automatically. Tap it to connect. If that doesn't work, hold the reset button on the back of the case for 15 seconds and try again.
AirPods connect to your iPhone through a special pairing process. all you need to do is open the case nearby and tap the notification when it appears. If they won't show up, it's because they're paired with a different device, or their pairing data got confused. Holding the reset button clears everything and lets them pair fresh.
Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step — just tap, no typing needed.
