Guided Access not locking iPhone to one app

Guided Access requires both the feature to be enabled in settings and you to triple-click the correct button to activate it. On iPhones with Face ID, you triple-click the side button. On iPhones with Touch ID, you triple-click the home button. If that does not work, the feature is not enabled in Accessibility settings.

Guided Access is an accessibility feature that locks your iPhone or iPad to a single app. Once activated, users cannot switch apps or use anything else until you triple-click again to exit. It requires two things: the feature enabled in settings, and the correct button triple-click sequence to activate it.
