Game update stuck in the download queue and won't start
The console lost track of this update in the queue. Cancel it completely, fully restart your console with the power button, and start the download again. This clears the stuck queue.
When a download gets stuck in the queue, the console's memory of that update got corrupted and it can't start. It's not a network problem. The update just can't move forward from pending. Restarting the console clears the corrupted queue entry.
