New console will not connect to WiFi during setup
New consoles have trouble with some WiFi networks, but it is almost always fixable. Start by moving the console within 2 metres of the router and make sure nothing is blocking the signal. If that does not work, restart your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds.
During setup, your new console is looking for your WiFi network. If it cannot find it or keeps dropping the connection, it is because the signal is weak, your router is too far away, or your router's security settings are blocking the connection. The fix takes 10 minutes. Move closer to the router, restart it, and try again.
