TV not switching to game mode when console is turned on
Game mode is turned off in your TV settings or your HDMI cable isn't fully connected. Check two things: make sure the HDMI cable is pushed in all the way at both ends, and then turn on game mode in your TV's picture settings. That's it for most people.
Game mode is a TV setting that reduces processing and input lag for faster, more responsive gaming. It won't turn on if the HDMI connection is loose or if game mode is disabled in the TV's settings. We'll secure the cable first, then enable the setting.
