Console won't display in 4K on your TV
Make sure you're using a 4K-rated HDMI cable (HDMI 2.0 or 2.1), try a different HDMI port on your TV (not all ports support 4K), and enable 4K in the console's display settings.
4K won't display because of a bad HDMI cable, the wrong TV port, or the console's 4K setting being off. Try these three things first: check the cable, try a different TV port, and turn on 4K in console settings.
