Can't download a game because it's in use on another console
The game is running on another console right now. Have the person on the other console quit the game, or turn that console off. Then try to download again. This fixes it immediately.
Game licenses allow your account to play on one console at a time. When someone else is already playing that game on another console, your account is 'in use' and you can't start it elsewhere. The fastest fix is to stop the game on the other console, then you can play on this one. If nobody is using it, that console can just need to be turned off.
