Gaps in your camera playback timeline with missing footage

Your camera isn't recording properly — either the internet connection dropped, the camera lost power, or cloud storage is full. Check that the camera is powered on, connected to WiFi with a strong signal, and that your cloud subscription is active and not full.

Cameras need three things to save footage: power, a WiFi connection, and storage space. If any of those are missing, recordings stop and create gaps in the timeline. The internet connection is the most common culprit — if WiFi drops even for a few minutes, the camera can't upload. Check your internet first, then power and storage.
