Check that cloud storage subscription is active and not expired, check cloud recording is enabled in camera settings, make sure the camera has internet connection, then trigger a test motion event and check cloud history in 5-10 minutes.
Cloud recordings fail when: subscription expired, cloud recording toggle is OFF, camera has no internet, or storage quota is full. Check subscription status first, then check the recording setting is enabled, then check connectivity.
