Video doorbell not sending ring notifications to your phone
Your phone's notification settings are turned off for the doorbell app, or your WiFi dropped right when someone pressed the button. Check that notifications are on in your phone's settings and that your doorbell is connected to WiFi. Most of the time it's a notification permission that got turned off by accident.
When your doorbell stops sending notifications, it's almost always because your phone isn't allowing the app to notify you, or the doorbell lost its WiFi connection. We'll check both of those first. If the doorbell is online but notifications are on, the issue is in most cases that the WiFi connection is unstable or the app needs to be updated.
