Can't hear two-way audio through your camera speaker
The speaker is almost certainly muted in your phone app or the volume is turned all the way down. Open your camera app, find the speaker or audio settings, and turn the volume up. Test by asking someone to talk at the camera and listen for their voice.
Your camera has two speakers working. One to listen to sounds outside and one to play sounds inside your house. If you can talk through the camera but can't hear anyone, the indoor speaker is either muted or the volume is at zero. The fix is just turning the volume up in the app, but sometimes the speaker needs to be enabled in the camera's settings.
