A shared user can't see the camera's live feed

The shared user either doesn't have permission to view live video, or they're using an old version of the app. Ask them to make sure they're invited as a viewer or higher, then ask them to update the app and restart it. That fixes it for almost everyone.

When you share a camera, you can give different permission levels — some users can only view recordings while others can see live video and control the camera. If the person can see the camera in their app but can't view the live feed, their permission level is set wrong or their app is out of date. Checking the permission you gave them and updating their app is the quickest fix.
