Camera app says your subscription has expired

Your subscription payment didn't go through, it expired naturally, or you canceled it. Check your payment method in the app, update it if needed, and renew your subscription. If your payment already went through, contact support and we'll restore your access.

Camera subscriptions renew automatically, but if your payment method is outdated or has no funds, the renewal fails silently. The app will show your subscription as expired even though you thought it was active. Check your payment method in the app's account settings and update it if needed, then renew immediately. Access comes back within minutes.
