Guest WiFi captive portal page not loading for visitors

The captive portal page is either not running on your router or guests are connecting to the wrong network. Have them disconnect and look for the guest WiFi network in their list — it should have guest in the name. If they connect to the right network and the page still won't load, restart your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds.

When guests connect to your WiFi, your router is supposed to show them a login page where they accept your terms before getting internet. If that page doesn't load, they can't get online. This happens when the router's portal service crashes or the network name is wrong. Restarting the router fixes most cases.
