SharePoint workflow or Power Automate flow stopped running
The workflow is likely disabled or has a permission issue. Go to the SharePoint list or site settings and check if the workflow or flow is still enabled. Look for a toggle or status saying 'On' or 'Off'. If it's off, turn it back on.
Workflows and flows can stop for several reasons: they can be disabled, the account running them can have lost permission, or an error earlier in the process can have caused them to pause. Check whether the workflow is enabled first. If it is, look at the flow history to see if there are error messages showing what went wrong. Permission issues are the most common cause after disabling.

- Thinking the workflow is disabled when really it's just showing an error. Check the error message in the flow history
- Assuming the workflow will automatically retry after an error. It pauses and waits for manual intervention
- Removing an old account without realizing it still ran the flow. This is why the flow stopped when the person left
