SharePoint CRM list views not filtering contacts correctly
A filter can not be working because it hasn't saved, the view needs to refresh, or the column data doesn't match what the filter is looking for. First, refresh the page with F5 or by clicking the refresh button. If that doesn't work, clear your browser cache or try a different browser to make sure it's not a display problem.
Filters in SharePoint CRM lists tell the view to hide certain rows and show only the ones you want to see. When a filter stops working, the page needs to reload, the filter didn't save properly, or there's a browser cache issue that's showing old data. We'll walk you through refreshing the view, clearing the cache, and checking if the filter is actually applied.
Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step — just tap, no typing needed.
