Company device won't enroll in Microsoft Intune

Enrollment fails because either your account isn't set up for device enrollment, your internet connection is dropping, or the enrollment service isn't responding. Start by checking that you're using your work account (not a personal Microsoft account) and that you're connected to a reliable network. Then try enrolling again from scratch.

When a device enrolls in Intune, it's connecting to your company's management system so IT can make sure it has the right security settings and software.
