Single sign-on not working for your company apps
Single sign-on breaks when your device isn't connected to your company network, your company account isn't set up in the app, or your session has expired. First, try signing in with your full email address and password instead of the single sign-on button. If that works, the app is just not set up for single sign-on yet. If that doesn't work, restart your device and try again.
Single sign-on lets you use your company password to sign in to multiple apps at once. When it stops working, it means the app can't reach your company's identity system or your device isn't logged in with your company account. The fix depends on which error you're seeing and whether you're on a company network or working from home.

Skip — I just want a technicianCommon mistakes to avoid
- Assuming single sign-on is broken everywhere when it's just not enabled for one specific app
- Not restarting your device. Sign-in sessions time out and restarting is the fastest fix
- Trying to sign in while disconnected from a VPN when the company requires it for remote access
Signs you need professional help
- You've restarted your device and checked that it's signed in with your company account but single sign-on still doesn't work; multiple apps are showing single sign-on errors at the same time; or you get an error about permissions and can't sign in any other way.
