MFA prompt not appearing on your phone when logging in
Your phone needs to be online and have the Authenticator app running for the MFA prompt to come through. Check that your phone is on WiFi or mobile data, close and reopen the Authenticator app, and try signing in again. If the app still isn't getting prompts, your phone number may not be registered with the company system.
When you sign in with your company account, a notification goes to your phone asking you to approve it. If that notification never arrives, it's because your phone is offline, the Authenticator app isn't running, or your phone number isn't linked to your account. The fix is to get your phone back online and restart the Authenticator app.

- Assuming the company system is broken when the phone is just offline. Always check internet connection first
- Not restarting the Authenticator app. A lot of connection issues fix themselves with a restart
- Having notifications turned off and wondering why the prompt never arrives
Signs you need professional help
- Your phone is online, notifications are turned on, and the app is updated but prompts still aren't arriving; you switched to a new phone and need to register it for MFA; or you're locked out of your account and can't sign in any other way.
