Outlook search returns no results or misses emails
Outlook's search index is out of date or corrupted. The search index is a database that helps Outlook find emails quickly. When it is not up to date, search fails. Rebuild the search index by going to File → Options → Search and clicking Rebuild. This scans all your emails again.
Outlook uses a search index to quickly find emails. When the index is incomplete, corrupted, or not updated, search returns no results even though the email exists. We will rebuild the search index to scan your mailbox again and update the index with all emails.

- Only searching one folder when the email might be in another. Always search All Folders
