Email stuck in your Outbox and won't send
An email stuck in your Outbox almost always means your internet connection dropped or Outlook lost connection to your email server. Close Outlook completely, restart your computer, and open Outlook again. This fixes it in most cases. If the email still won't send after that, try deleting it and typing it again with fewer attachments.
When you send an email, Outlook puts it in your Outbox while it sends it to your email server. If your internet cuts out or Outlook loses its connection, the email gets stuck. It can also get stuck if the email is too large with big attachments, or if there's a problem with your Outlook settings. Start by closing and reopening Outlook.
Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step — just tap, no typing needed.
