Emails sent to a distribution list not being delivered

Distribution lists break when members have left the company, the list itself was deleted, or your account doesn't have permission to send to it. Try sending to one person in the group to see if your email is working. If that works, the problem is the list. Then contact IT and ask them to check who's in the list and make sure your account is allowed to use it.

Distribution lists are shared email addresses that automatically forward your message to a group of people. When emails don't deliver, it's because a member's mailbox is gone, the list was deleted or archived, or your account doesn't have permission to send to it.
