Your tablet screen is stuck and won't rotate
Check if Rotation lock is turned on in your quick settings. Swipe down twice from the top and look for a Rotation lock button — tap it to turn it off. If it's already off, restart your tablet.
Screen rotation needs two things: the auto-rotate setting to be on, and the accelerometer sensor to be working. Rotation lock turns off auto-rotation completely. If rotation lock is on, you can't rotate. If it's off, the sensor can not be working.
