Android fingerprint sensor not recognizing your finger
The fingerprint sensor gets confused when your finger is dirty or wet, or when the sensor itself is covered in dust or moisture. Try wiping the sensor and your finger with a dry cloth first. If it's still not working, your fingerprint is probably worn out or unclear in the sensor's database. re-enroll your fingerprint and it should work again.
Fingerprint sensors read the ridge patterns on your fingertips. If the sensor can't get a clear read, it won't recognize you. This happens when there's dirt or moisture on the sensor or your finger, or when the fingerprint data in your phone got corrupted. We'll clean the sensor, re-enroll your print, and test other fingers to see what works.
