eSIM option not showing up in your Android settings
Your phone can not support eSIM, or it hasn't been activated by your carrier yet. First, check that your phone model actually supports eSIM — most newer Samsung and Pixel phones do. Then contact your carrier and ask them to activate eSIM on your account.
Not all Android phones support eSIM — even new ones. If your phone does support it, your carrier still has to turn it on for your account. The eSIM menu won't show up in Settings until both your phone supports it and your carrier has activated it. We'll help you check both.
Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step — just tap, no typing needed.
