Your Android eSIM won't activate or add a cellular plan
Make sure you have strong WiFi, restart your phone, and check that your carrier and phone both support eSIM. Go to Settings and use the eSIM tool to scan your QR code. Don't use the camera app.
eSIM activation needs a working internet connection, a phone that supports eSIM, a carrier that supports eSIM, and the correct activation code. Most problems happen because of weak WiFi during activation, using the wrong app to scan, or trying to activate on an unsupported phone. We'll fix each one.
Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step — just tap, no typing needed.
