Android dual SIM not working or second SIM not detected
Your phone isn't detecting the second SIM because the SIM card isn't making good contact with the slot, or dual SIM isn't enabled in your settings. First, power off your phone and re-seat both SIM cards making sure they click into place. Then go to Settings and enable the second SIM. If it's still not working, one SIM is probably damaged or your carrier hasn't activated it.
Dual SIM phones need both SIM cards to be properly inserted and enabled in settings. If the second one isn't showing up, it's because the card isn't making contact, it's not enabled, or the card itself is damaged. We'll re-insert both cards, check your settings, and contact your carrier if it's still not working.
