Notes sync through your account, so the quickest fix is to make sure syncing is turned on in settings. Check that notes are set to sync to your account — if they're only saving locally on your device, they won't reach other devices.
Notes need syncing turned on to move between devices. If syncing is off, notes only stay on that one device. A few other things can stop syncing too — no internet connection, outdated app, or the account isn't signed in on all devices. Turn syncing on, make sure you're using the same account everywhere, and give it a few seconds to sync.
