Every device stores a copy of your profile picture so it loads quickly. When you change it, the servers know about the new one right away, but your devices keep showing the old cached copy. The fix is to sign out completely and sign back in, which forces everything to download the new picture. If that doesn't work, clearing the app's cache does the job.
