You can't change the email address on your account

The system is blocking the email change for a reason — either the email you want to use is already on another account, it's invalid, or you haven't confirmed your current email yet. Check that your new email is properly formatted, then make sure you've confirmed your current email address. If it's still blocked, the email is probably already on another account you own.

Email changes are blocked for a few specific reasons: the system is protecting you from accidentally using an email that's already linked to another account, your new email looks invalid, or you haven't confirmed you actually own your current email. Once you fix whichever of those is the problem, the change will go through.
