Someone changed your password and you can't get in
Use the 'Forgot password' link on the login page to reset your password through your recovery email or phone. Do this right now. The longer someone else has your account, the more damage they can do. After you're back in, turn on two-factor authentication.
If your password was changed without your permission, someone else has access to your account. They got your old password (from a breach, phishing, or guessing) and changed it to lock you out. Use the password reset to get back in through your recovery email or phone, then secure the account with a new password and two-factor authentication.
Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step — just tap, no typing needed.
