Passkey login not working on your device

Passkeys are more secure than passwords because they use your device's biometrics — fingerprint or face recognition. If your passkey isn't working, the issue is that your device hasn't synced it properly or your biometric isn't set up. Check that your fingerprint or face is registered on your device, then try logging in again.

A passkey is a fingerprint or face scan that unlocks your account without needing a password. Your device stores it securely and it syncs across your other devices. If it stops working, your biometric data can not be set up, the passkey didn't sync properly, or there's a temporary glitch on the service. These fixes almost always work.
