Lost your two-factor backup codes and can't get in
Check if you're still logged in on any device. If yes, you can generate new codes from your security settings. If you're locked out, try the 'Try another way' option on the login page, or contact support with a photo ID.
Backup codes are your safety net for two-factor authentication. Without them and without your phone, you need to prove your identity through an alternative method. Check if you're logged in anywhere first. That's the fastest fix. If you're fully locked out, the service's support team can confirm your identity manually.
Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step — just tap, no typing needed.
