Lost your recovery codes and can't get into your account
Check if you're still logged in on any other device. If you are, you can generate new recovery codes from your account settings. If you're fully locked out, contact the service's support team with a photo ID to prove your identity.
Recovery codes are your backup when you lose access to your two-factor authentication method. Without them, you need to prove your identity to the service another way. Most services have an account recovery process that involves confirming who you are through email, phone, or government ID.
Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step — just tap, no typing needed.
