How to remove apps that have access to your account

Go to your account's security or apps settings and revoke access for any app you don't use. It takes one click and the app loses all permission to see your data. Do this right now — if you've got apps in there that you don't remember, they need to go.

When you sign into an app with your Google, Apple, or Microsoft account, that app gets permission to see your data. You can remove this permission any time and the app can no longer see your email, files, or personal information. It's a good security habit to clean out old apps regularly — if you don't use it, it shouldn't have access.
