Go to Account Settings and find the Privacy or Data section. Click 'Download my data' or 'Request my information'. You'll get an email within a few days with a download link.
You have the legal right to get a complete copy of all your data in a readable format. This is called a data download request. We'll send you a file with everything—photos, settings, messages, activity history, everything. It takes a few days to prepare.
