Email alias or secondary address not receiving messages

The alias probably isn't fully activated or emails are being filtered to spam. First, check that the alias is turned on in your email settings. If that's on, check your spam folder — the emails can be there.

Email aliases let you have multiple addresses that all go to the same inbox. If an alias stops receiving mail, it's because the alias isn't activated, emails are landing in spam by accident, or the settings got changed. The fix is to check if the alias is on, look in spam, and train your email filter to trust the alias.
