Charged twice for the same purchase
First check if one charge says 'Pending'. Pending charges are temporary holds that disappear in a few days and aren't real double charges. If both charges say 'Posted' or 'Completed', contact the seller with your order number and ask them to refund the duplicate.
Double charges happen when a payment goes through twice. Either because the page glitched, you tapped the pay button twice, or the payment system processed it twice by mistake. Before you panic, check if one charge is 'Pending'. Those disappear on their own. If both are real, the seller can refund the duplicate within a few days.
Fix-IT-Bot will walk you through each step — just tap, no typing needed.

- Panicking about a 'Pending' charge that's actually just a temporary hold. These disappear on their own in a few days
- Waiting too long to report the duplicate. Some sellers won't refund charges older than 30 days
- Not saving the order confirmation email. You need it to prove you only placed one order
Signs you need professional help
- If the seller refuses to refund the duplicate charge, or it's been more than 7 days since you asked and nothing has happened, give us a call and we'll help you get it sorted.
