You were charged twice for the same subscription

This happens when you accidentally submitted a payment twice or the system processed your payment twice in error. You'll get a refund for one charge within 3 to 5 business days. Check your account first to make sure your subscription is active only once.

Double charges occur when a payment gets processed twice at the same time — either because you clicked submit twice or the system had a brief glitch. Your subscription should be active only once, and the duplicate charge will refund automatically. If the refund doesn't come through within a week, contact support and we'll sort it out right away.
