What We Collect

When you contact us or submit a lead form, we collect your email address, optional message, and the device or issue you described. We also collect standard server logs including IP addresses.

If you use the Fix-IT-Bot app, we collect your diagnostic session data including device type, issue description, troubleshooting steps attempted, and Wi-Fi speed test results. This data is submitted to our secure database only when you book a paid service.

How We Use It

We use your information only to respond to your request, schedule your service, and send optional tech tip newsletters if you opted in. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Data Retention

Lead and contact records are retained for up to 12 months. App session data is automatically deleted after 90 days. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Third Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing, Zoho for appointment booking, and Supabase for app data storage. Each service has its own privacy policy. We never store payment card data.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Contact us at support@commanditllc.com.
