CommandIT is a plain-English tech support service built for everyday people in South Florida.

My name is CJ Jeanlouis. I am a US Marine Corps veteran, a Fort Lauderdale local, and a full-time IT professional. I built CommandIT because I got tired of watching people in my community overpay for tech help, get talked down to, or give up on a problem that had a simple fix.

The people I built this for are not IT pros. They are homeowners, retirees, small business owners, and families who just want their printer to work, their Wi-Fi to reach the bedroom, or their email to stop acting up. They deserve clear answers and honest help, not technical jargon and hourly billing that goes nowhere.

CommandIT offers two things: a free self-service platform with step-by-step guides written in plain English, and real professional support when you need a human to handle it. Remote sessions are $80. In-home visits are $90. Both are available weekends only in Fort Lauderdale, Broward and Miami-Dade. No hidden fees.

Our free diagnostic tool, Fix-IT-Bot, is available 24/7 on commandyourtech.com. It walks you through 1,000+ step-by-step guides for every device — no tech knowledge needed, no typing required. When Fix-IT-Bot can’t solve it, our technicians take over.
